Why a section shows up empty

Updated July 22, 2026

An empty section is almost never an error: usually something still needs setting up, or the first analysis is still being prepared. Find your case:

Competitors is empty

We need creators to track before we can show which of their content is working. Add them in Creator Identity. If you already have them, we're analyzing their posts: your first analysis will be ready within the next 24 hours.

I don't see any comments or sentiment

We analyze comments on your posts every 48 hours. If there are no recent comments to analyze, no data shows yet; check back in a few days. Also make sure your networks are properly connected.

Trends is still generating

We cross-reference search data with your brand profile to surface topics with traction. This can take a few minutes the first time; check back shortly.

Your posts shows nothing

This section gathers your own posts, so it needs at least one connected network. Connect one in Creator Identity and we'll start pulling in your posts.

Thumbnails or images won't load

Image links from the platforms expire over time, so a thumbnail may stop showing. The post itself is still there: open its link and you'll see it on its platform.

A page shows a lock

Recipes and Topics are Pro features. If you're on the free tier or your access has ended, you'll see a lock. Subscribe from Subscription to unlock them.

Many sections fill in on their own over time. If you just connected your networks, give them up to 24 hours before assuming something's wrong.
