How to add more tracked creators or networks with extra slots

Each workspace comes with room for 5 tracked creators and 3 of your own networks. If you need more of either, extra slots are an add-on that raises those limits.

One slot, two uses

Each extra slot is worth +1 tracked creator OR +1 own network: you choose which when you assign it. So if you're short on tracked creators in one brand and on networks in another, the same slots cover both needs.

Buy slots

You buy and remove slots by quantity from the Subscription page. Adding them charges the prorated amount for the rest of the cycle and they're available immediately; removing them applies right away and credits the unused time to your balance. You'll see the exact price on that page.

Assign a slot to a workspace

The slots you buy go into a pool, and you assign them where you need them from Creator Identity, in the active workspace.

   Open Creator Identity

   Make sure you're in the workspace where you want the extra room.

   Go to your tracked creators or your networks

   When you hit the included limit, the option to use a slot appears.

   Tap "Use 1 extra slot"

   The slot is assigned to that use in that workspace, adding +1 to the limit.
