How to listen to your audience with Comments

Comments summarizes what your audience feels and talks about by analyzing the real comments on posts. That way you know what to reinforce and what to adjust without reading hundreds of comments one by one. It's the fastest way to spot what's resonating, which questions keep coming up, and where to adjust course.
My Channels and Creators
Two tabs organize the analysis:
- My Channels: sentiment from the comments on your own posts.
- Creators: what the audience says on the posts of the creators you track.
How to use it
Go to Comments
Pick the My Channels or Creators tab.
Review the sentiment topics
Each topic shows how the audience reacts, backed by sample comments.
Save what's useful
Send the insights you want to reuse to Saved.
Turn it into content
Take a recurring question or request to Ideas and answer it with a post.
We need recent comments on your posts to analyze, and the analysis updates automatically. If you don't see data after a few days, check that your networks are properly connected in Creator Identity.
Frequently asked questions
No sentiment shows up.
We analyze your channels' comments automatically, and the first analysis is ready within 24 hours. If it stays empty, check that your networks are properly connected.
What do "About you" and "External topic" mean?
"About you" are topics where your audience mentions you directly; "External topic" are topics they discuss without naming you.
How is My Channels different from Creators?
My Channels analyzes comments on your own posts; Creators analyzes comments on the posts of the creators you track, so you can compare how each audience reacts.
