A daily routine with ContentScout
Updated August 10, 2026
You don't need to open every section every day. A short routine gets you to the chat with fresh context so you create with sharper judgment. Here's a loop that works well:
Open the Tracking directory
The cards for your accounts and your competitors give you the picture in seconds: followers, views, engagement, and the best outlier from each account's last 10 posts.
Drill into an account
Open whichever one matters most today and walk its views: Overview for your metrics and pillars, Posts for the grid, Comments for what its audience is saying. Switch accounts without leaving via the switcher at the top.
Check your Audit once a week
The score recalculates every 24 hours, but a weekly pass is enough: see which checks are still red and apply one piece of advice at a time.
Ask Scouty in the chat
Ask for ideas from what you saw: "3 ideas from my comments", "what worked for @competitor this week". Type @ to mention a specific account and anchor the answer to its data.
Save what resonates
The ideas and posts you save land in Saved so you can produce them whenever you want.
Just getting started? The "Finish your setup" checklist in the sidebar flags your first steps, and you can skip it anytime.
You don't have to follow the order to the letter. The point is to start creating with fresh data in mind, not from a blank page.
