How to use multiple workspaces for your brands
Updated August 10, 2026
A workspace is a separate creator or brand identity inside ContentScout. Each one has its own tracked accounts (your networks and competitors), its analytics, its conversations with Scouty, and its saved items: nothing mixes across workspaces. They're ideal if you run more than one brand or project.
Switch workspaces
Use the workspace switcher at the top left, in the sidebar, to move between your brands. Everything you see (the accounts directory, the analytics, the chat, the saved items) belongs to the workspace that's active at that moment.
Add a workspace
Extra workspaces are purchased from the Subscription page. Each workspace you add brings its own credits and its own account caps.
Go to Subscription
There you choose how many workspaces you want on your plan.
Adjust the quantity
Use − and + to add or remove. You'll see the exact prorated amount before confirming.
Confirm the change
When you add, the new workspaces are available right away.
Remove a workspace
Removing workspaces takes effect at the end of your billing period: you keep full access until then and you choose which to drop. The content of the workspace that leaves is preserved.
You can add or remove workspaces anytime from the Subscription page. Quantity changes are handled right there, in the app.
